Officials: Deputy Shocks Girl, 11, With Taser At Elementary School: Girl, Deputy Taken To Hospital - An Orange County sheriff's deputy on Thursday shocked an 11-year-old girl with a Taser gun at an elementary school after the girl punched her in the face, authorities said. The altercation happened during announcements at Moss Park Elementary School, located at 9301 N. Shore Golf Club Blvd. in Orlando, Orange County school officials said.

Parliament should have final say on EU treaty, say peers - Parliament should have the final say over whether Britain "opts in" to the most controversial parts of the EU's Lisbon treaty, an influential group of peers said today. The Lords constitution committee rejected fears that the treaty would erode UK sovereignty, but stressed that opt-ins and opt-outs - on areas such as security and justice - were so crucial they needed the approval of MPs and peers.

Fluouride in water does more harm than good - South Staffs Water put fluoride into our supply, not at our request, but at the request of the local health authority - how does everyone feel about that? Its only reason for being used is to protect the nation's teeth. How swallowing fluoride can protect your teeth I do not know - it may flow over your teeth for a brief moment, but when in your bloodstream, does nothing for decay of your teeth. It, in fact, does harm to your body.

Dear LC Supporter,

We wanted to get you some updates, as we've been keeping busy here behind the scenes.  Dylan, Jason, and Korey are continuing to tour the country spreading the truth and attending Final Cut screenings.  Jason is en route to California for the Freedom Law Conference (be sure to check it out if you're in the area).  If you'd like to book the guys for an event in your area, please email
events@loosechange911.com Dylan has been updating his blog again at http://loosechange911.blogspot.com/.

The Loose Change Store is happy to announce that we are now selling the 9/11 Press for Truth DVDThis film is a great companion to the Loose Change series.  The less aggressive style and subject of the film tend to really appeal to more conservative viewers and is a great intro for skeptics to the movement.  In 9/11 Press for Truth, five of the most prominent members of the Family Steering Committee, including three of the 'Jersey Girls' (recently in the news after Ann Coulter's attacks), tell their story for the first time, providing the most powerful argument yet for why 9/11 still needs investigation. If you haven't seen it yet, we highly recommend checking it out.  If you have seen it, then grab a few copies and pass them out to your friends that weren't willing to watch Loose Change.

Other news in the store is that, in case you missed it, we are now offering
Loose Change Final Cut on spindles.  This means you can buy the full version of the film for as low as $4.50 a copy.  Grab some and start passing them out.  Mail them to your local politicians!

While you're in the store, please be sure to donate to the Fealgood Foundation.  They desperately need your help in their mission of supporting injured 9/11 first responders.  Nearly daily, another first responder reaches out to them for direly needed financial assistance with medical and life bills, and the Foundation is just not able to meet all of the needs right now.  Do your part to help.

Our technical team is busy working on some updates, new tools, and more for our site.  Stay tuned for more news on that front.

As always, we appreciate your support.  Keep up the fight for an independent investigation!

9/11 Truth vs The Power of Denial - Americans are quickly coming to a historical fork in the road.  They will either deal with what's wrong...or get steam rolled by it. 9/11 Truth is the ultimate wake up pill. Will our citizens take their Red Pill?

Thai Olympic torchbearer withdraws in protest over China's crackdown in Tibet - One of Thailand's representatives in the Olympic torch relay has withdrawn in protest over China's recent crackdown on protesters in Tibet, a statement said Sunday. Narisa Chakrabongse — one of the country's six torchbearers — said in an open letter that she decided against taking part in the relay to "send a strong message to China that the world community could not accept its actions."

Nursery adopts fingerprint test for creche entry - A NEW fingerprint security system is being used to provide top-level safety for children being collected from a busy nursery. Anyone arriving to pick-up a child must first pass the fingerprint test before the youngster will be allowed to leave in a technology revolution to be used by a Cardiff nursery. The fingerprint scanner – believed to be the first to be used in a Welsh nursery – has been installed by the Daisy Day Nursery in Llanishen and replaces the signing-out system still in common use by many other crèches and nurseries.

Teen Suicide Case in Britain may be Linked to Ritalin - A recent suicide involving a 15-year-old British boy may be linked to an increase in his Ritalin prescription according to a story published in the Daily Mail. Anthony Cole had been taking Ritalin to combat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for six years but had recently had his dosage increased. Shortly after the increase the teen began acting differently around his family and on Saturday his father found him hanging in his room.

Defra blamed for foot and mouth outbreak - A catalogue of bureaucratic failures and Government confusion led to a foot and mouth outbreak that could have devastated the British farming industry, an official inquiry has found. The investigation into leaks from the Institute for Animal Health at Pirbright in Surrey found that "muddled and ineffective" management from Whitehall departments left the vital facility at risk of potentially disastrous accidents.

Obama and Rockefeller Campaign Across Ohio - Despite the fact that he believes he ran a “clean campaign” from the start, Barack Obama repeatedly went after Hillary Clinton at a rally in Westerville, Ohio today. Clinton made a campaign stop at the same Columbus suburb a few hours earlier, but at a different venue. “This has been a long contest on the Democratic side, and we’ve had strong candidates throughout, Senator Clinton is a fine candidate and I tried as much as possible to spend my campaign talking not about the flaws of the other candidates but why I am running,” Obama told a crowd of over 1,500.
