The Coup CD

The opposite CD album cover was due to be released in mid-September 2001 by the band 'Coup'.  The image was posted to the internet in July of 2001.

As you can see the cover depicts explosions from floors on the World Trade Center.  Eerily enough, these appear on both towers, approximately in the same location as the impact points of the planes, used in the 911 attacks.

The band’s label pulled the image off their website within hours of the WTC attacks and postponed the CD release to November of that year.  Oddly enough, the print run for the cover was scheduled for September 11.
